New spare parts can only be returned within 14 days from the arrival date to Iceland.
Used spare parts cannot be returned.
Electrical items cannot be returned.
Defective or damaged items, or items in damaged packaging, cannot be returned.
Defective spare parts or parts that do not fit should be returned no later than 14 days from delivery.
Defective or incorrectly delivered parts are exchanged for the correct part.
Costs for installation and disassembly of spare parts are not covered by us.
Used Boddy parts may have small scratches.
New Aftermarket parts may sometimes be made from different materials than the original parts and may therefore look different but fit and function just like the original part should.
Engines are sold in a "longblock" configuration (without additional parts, injectors, turbines, etc.) unless otherwise stated.
The sale price includes customs duties, shipping costs, and value-added tax.
Spare parts are collected at our warehouse at Hyrjarhöfða 3, 110 Reykjavik or Tryggvabraut 24, 600 Akureyri during opening hours unless otherwise agreed between the buyer and the seller.
Information about warranty:
Used electrical connectors have a 7-day warranty from the date of delivery.
New electrical connectors have a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
Engines, gearboxes, transmissions, and other used parts have a 1-month warranty.
Engines, gearboxes, transmissions, and other refurbished parts have a 1-month warranty.
Timing belts/chains must have been replaced by the customer before used engines are put into operation.
Parts must have been installed by authorized workshops and proof of service at workshops (including when the part is installed, information about the materials used in the repair) unless both parties have agreed otherwise.
If there are any questions/doubts about the quality of the product, please contact Fastparts first before seeking third-party assistance.
If the issue is resolved by a third party before Fastparts is informed of the issue, we cannot be held responsible for refunds or ordering other products.
