- New spare parts can only be returned within 14 days of arrival in Iceland.
- Used spare parts and electrical items cannot be returned.
- Defective or damaged items, or items with damaged packaging, cannot be returned.
- Defective parts or parts that do not fit should be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Costs for installation and disassembly of parts are not covered.
- Used body parts may have small scratches.
- New aftermarket parts may differ in appearance but should fit and function like original parts.
- Engines are sold in "longblock" configuration unless otherwise stated.
- The sale price includes customs, shipping, and VAT.
- Spare parts are collected at specified locations during opening hours unless agreed otherwise.
Warranty Information
- Used electrical connectors have a 7-day warranty from the date of delivery.
- New electrical connectors have a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
- Used engines, gearboxes, and transmissions have a 1-month warranty.
- Refurbished engines and transmissions also have a 1-month warranty.
- Timing belts/chains must be replaced by the customer before using used engines.
- Parts must be installed by authorized workshops, with proof of service provided unless both parties agree otherwise.
- Contact Fastparts with quality concerns before seeking third-party assistance.
- Fastparts is not responsible for issues fixed by third parties before being informed.
